terms and conditions
clients will receive a proposal outlining the services requested with prices
schedule a date and time for a real estate appointment
Tick the box that you understand and agree to the terms and conditions and send this agreement form at least a day before our appointment (copy of terms and conditions emailed by request)
an invoice will be sent and must be paid before images are delivered
high quality edited and finished images will be delivered in the agreed upon time from proposal, within 24 hours for a standard shoot or 4-6 hours for rush orders
any issues or concerns you have regarding the finished product please reach out and we will do our best to produce them to your satisfaction
days before the photo shoot
please have the property ready to shoot (a preparation checklist will be sent prior to our appointment). let us know of any needs you might have prior to our appointment. examples could be: file size needs (web or print quality), entry instructions (agent or representative be there or a lockbox code for entry), hidden rooms or areas you need or don’t need shot (we don’t normally photograph the garage so request if needed).
prior to the photo shoot
if an agent or representative isn’t at the shoot or instructions haven’t been given then all decisions will be left up to the photographers discretion. if you can see it, it will be in the photos. interiors: have all lights on and blinds open, areas to be shot cleaned and staged the way you want it, personal items put away, toiletries in bathrooms removed, pets and people out of the house (we can accommodate and work with a homeowner if they are there during a shoot), alarms off. we can move small items for composition needs but we can’t move furniture, clean, or make beds. hide cords and remotes (best as possible) hide items that you don’t want photographed in closets and the garage. exteriors: remove realtor for sale sign, schedule sign installation after shoot (additional cost will be added if photoshop is needed), remove cars out of driveway and away from the front of the property (when possible), sprinklers off (check timers), hide trashcans and hoses, have pool clean and lights and features on, spa open, remove balls and toys and have it staged and in “ready to shoot” condition.
>>> twilights- very time sensitive so make sure to have everything in “ready to shoot” condition at least an hour before our scheduled time: all lights on inside and out, cars removed from driveway and front, trashcans and hoses put away, access to backyard, pets inside, sprinklers off, pool lights and features on, spa open and on, patio furniture staged and clean.
cancellation/ no-show policy
if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment it must be done with at least 24 hours notice, within 24 hours you will be invoiced at 50% of your proposal total. no-shows after 20 minutes will be billed full proposal total. life happens so please reach out to let me know whats going on. inclement weather will need to be rescheduled with no cost to the client.
rights and usage
all images produced for an agent or broker (client) may be used by the client for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with property and the clients self promotion. ownership of the images remains with the photographer, and license is granted only to the client and clients parent company but not to any third party. any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by neilgellerphotography.
this agreement isn’t intended to be a legal binding contract but an understanding for you the client and me the photographer to make our working relationship go as smoothly as possible so we can produce the best quality digital media for you and your clients..
